How to use:
- Bath: To relieve swollen legs and ankles. Mix 4-8 drops, 2-3 drops for children, in a carrier oil or dispersant, add to bath salts like Dead Sea Salts or Epsom Salts, bath water or to a hand or foot soak.
- Compress: Will help stop excessive bleeding.
- Inhalation: 2-4 drops on your pillow at night can alleviate nasal congestion.
- Massage: Blend with Juniper and Grapefruit and massage on cellulite areas.
Important Notes: Avoid during pregnancy. This oil can cause skin sensitization. Do not use undiluted.
