An ancient spiritual oil used in purification processes that was said to deepen one’s connection to the universe. Myrrh has direct effects on the hypothalamus, pituitary, and amygdala, the seat of our emotions. Lifts feelings of weakness, apathy and lack of incentive. Myrrh is known as a natural sedative and is widely used in oral hygiene products. A powerful and valuable oil for skin conditions that are slow to heal such as wrinkled, chapped or cracked skin. Relief for athlete’s foot and eczema. Myrrh promotes inner security and stability and helps in cases of inferiority complex or those needing to control others. On a spiritual level Myrrh connects one to their life’s purpose.

How to Use :
- Bath:Mix 4-8 drops, 2-3 drops for children, in a carrier oil or dispersant, add to bath salts like Dead Sea Salts, bath water or to a hand or foot soak.
- Diffuse: Add several drops of oil to an aromatherapy diffuser or spray bottle of water.
- Hair Care: Add 5-8 drops to 120ml of unscented shampoo & conditioner.
- Massage: Add 7-12 drops to 60ml carrier oil. Rub into stressed area.
- Skin Care: Heals plus revitalizes the skin. A nutrient for aging and wrinkled skin. Add a several drops to 120ml unscented lotion & body wash.
- Perfume: A base note used as a fixative in perfumes.
Important Notes : Avoid during pregnancy. May have a chemical response to sunlight.
