In the Crystal Healing world, Selenite is often referred to as liquid light.  It has the ability to cleanse, clear and remove negative energy from your energetic field and space, as well as restore you back to your natural state.  For this reason, selenite is a widely used healing crystal as well as a charging crystal.  It will never need to be cleansed or recharged like many other crystals as it has the ability to nourish itself.  You can just pick it up and get started with no prep.  It is one of the few crystals that can quickly unblock stagnant and negative energy, removing all energy blockages to encourage a fluid flow of energy. This quality makes it helpful to those holding onto stress, worries, anxieties and/or pain. Selenite crystals also balance your aura, seal holes in your aura, protect you from outside influences. As well as promotes calm energy, inner peace and clarity while removing negative energy from the body and mind.  A Harmonizer is a cylinder-shaped crystal designed to energy focused and powerful energy from a crystal.  Selenite alone does a lot, but when put in this shape the energy is magnetized. 

How to Use Your Selenite Harmonizers 

1. Sit in a comfortable position.  You will be sitting for at least five minutes holding your harmonizer so make sure you can tolerate whatever position you choose. 
2. Hold each harmonizer in your hand, the way you would a barbell. 
3. Take three deep breaths, in through the nose and out through the mouth, allowing your body to relax more deeply with each breath.
4. Allow your breath to return back to its natural state.
5. Imagine that two beautiful white lights are coming from the sky directly into each Selenite Harmonizer and through your hands filling up your body.
6. While holding that light in your body, start to count each breath. Start with 1 for your first inhale, 2 for your first exhale, 3 for your second inhale, 4 for your second exhale and so forth.
7. Repeat for 5 minutes.
8. Once you are finished, express your gratitude for the healing you have just received.
