Jasmine is considered the king of oils with its rich long lasting aroma that is known for its antidepressant qualities. On the emotional level it is uplifting and dispels fears and anxieties. Helps to heal traumatic sexual experiences and address anger issues. Good for sensitive and dry skin, PMS and in post-natal recovery. A sensual oil known as an aphrodisiac and therefore often used in “love potions!” Its deeply relaxing and sensual nature is renowned to influence sexual problems including frigidity. Stimulates creativity and is deeply relaxing. Has a calming effect on coughs and helps deepen breathing.

How to use :

• Diffuse: Add several drops of oil to an aromatherapy diffuser or spray bottle of water.
• Inhalation: Add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water, inhale deeply for 5 minutes. Place a few drops on a tissue or in the palms (rub hands together and then cup hands over the nose) and take several deep breaths.
• Cold Compress: Add 2 drops to a cold compress solution to help heal a bruise.

Important Notes: Use in small doses. Avoid if you have high blood pressure. Do not use with children. Avoid in cases of epilepsy, asthma or convulsions. Avoid during pregnancy.
