Reduces Anxiety and Anti-Bacterial

Pine is known as an expectorant – a natural air freshener as it kills airborne bacteria. Great for perspiration problems and clearing respiratory conditions such as coughs and colds. Pine helps in causes of nervous exhaustion, mental fatigue and sinus congestion. Soothing for sore muscles and joints due to overexertion. Pine is a great tonic for the mind, especially when one is tired and suffering from mental fatigue. It is said to help ease unjustified guilt impose by others. Pine is a restorative and cleansing oil to the aura.

Blends well with Cedarwood, Cypress, Lime and Eucalyptus

How to use:

• Bath: Mix 4-8 drops, 2-3 drops for children, in a carrier oil or dispersant, add to bath salts like Dead Sea Salts, bath water or to a hand or foot soak.
• Diffuse: Add several drops of oil to an aromatherapy diffuser or spray bottle of water.
• Inhalation: Add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water, inhale deeply for 5 minutes. Place a few drops on a tissue or in the palms, rub hands together and then cup hands over the nose and take several deep breaths.
• Massage: Add 7-12 drops to 60ml carrier oil. Rub into stressed area.
• Cleaner: Mix 6 drops in 60ml of distilled water to sterilize counters and utensils.

Important Notes : May cause slight inflammation or other discomfort to the body. Avoid in allergic skin conditions. Do not use if nursing or pregnant.
