This fruity, apple-like oil is a highly respected oil that is know to ease tension, anxiety and anger in both the young and old. Promotes relaxation and peace. Chamomile is one of the most popular and highly respected oils. Used for medicinal purposes to support healthy skin. Cosmetically it is used in many products for skin care. This delicately fragrant plant is known as a sedative and helps counteract restlessness. Chamomile oil contains an aromatic substance called azulene to which its anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties are able to assist in shrinking boils, swollen joints and ulcers. This is an excellent oil to create a peaceful mind so that one can hear their inner knowledge.

How to use: 

• Bath: Mix 4-8 drops, 2-3 drops for children, in a carrier oil or dispersant, add to bath salts like Dead Sea Salts or Epsom Salts, bath water or to a hand or foot soak.
• Cold or Hot compress: Helpful with swelling, bruises & sprains.
• Diffuse: Add several drops of oil to an aromatherapy diffuser or spray bottle of water.
• Hydrosol: Available as a hydrosol.
• Inhalation: Add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water, inhale deeply for 5 minutes. Place a few drops on a tissue or in the palms, rub hands together and then cup hands over the nose and take several deep breaths.
• Massage: Add 7-12 drops to 60ml carrier oil. Rub into stressed area.
• Skin Care: Use for dry, itchy skin. Add a several drops to 120ml unscented lotion & body wash.

Important Notes:  Avoid during pregnancy. Can cause sensitization.
